Im looking for some good sites?

im looking for some good sites that mite help me with my little problem. iv got crazy amount of anxiety and im very insucer about allot of stuff about my self i am blocking out the world i think because i feel SOO dreamy and disconnected form myself sooo if anyone knows any site that have some good info on this kind of stuff let me know. and don't tell me to go to a doc or what not cuz i think that all psychs are nut jobs them selves soooo lol and also if anyone has any idea on what kind of like Vitim or what not that i can take to help with this i wont take any drugs id appreciate that as well i need all the help i can get rite now soo thx for your help
