Still don't know what to choose? Is the Fujifilm FinePix 12.0MP S1800 vs Nikon CoolPix L110?

I found a Olympus E-420 for the right price, but no stores close to me have it. I want it to be in the range of 370$ at the most and at Best Buy, Sams Club, Walmart, Radio Shack, Target, etc, I found only the Fuji and Nikon. I read that the Fuji is good, but I can't find any real life experience posts on it, I read the reviews, but most people here copy and paste and give me links I know of. I want SLR like shots, vibrant color, and nice macro. I figured bigger lens = better picture and macro. I want to get it tomorrow. I would really like a SLR that is less than 400, but almost all are over 499. I saw a Sony for 379. still not in my area.
