With rise of Malaga what will happen to Valencia?

Valencia has been one of the best teams in european football last decade, winning 2 la liga championship, and twice runners of in Champions League Final. Wouldn't it been better to takeover a club with a great potential valencia than Getafe and and Malaga? Valencia with tight budget produced some of best players like Aimer, David Villa, David Silva, Mendieta. Even with bad seasons, valencia are always qualifying for CL. I wish the takeover would of been for them
