Wheat wraps on diet?? HELP, I need to be thin.?

What your eating sounds good. The wraps are healthy if they say "whole wheat" you want to make sure theres a "whole" in there and I would recommend, while eating what you are, to run 3-4 days a week 25-30 minutes. I know you said you walk and skip but the key is to get your heart rate up for a longer period of time. This is the key to losing weight.
