Why is everyone so harsh towards miley cyrus?

I think it's because people just feel the need to pick on everything. I personally like her music and I don't see anything wrong with the way she dresses. People can't leave anything alone, so they just hate on celebrities for the little things and ignore bigger problems. It may also be because she has a tv show that smaller kids watch but I agree that she should be able to wear whatever she wants because she is her own person.
