Did i eat way too much yesterday?

NO WAY! if anything you ate too little, you need to find out your bmi and daily caloric intake (calculators available online) and then see what your intake is because if you eat to little and do not have enough food, you may start putting on weight because your body is not sure when it will next be able to get food so it stores everything it can as fat.
