Mourning after pill and the ring?

ok here it is, i had took a mourning after pill about 2 weeks ago which was to days ago makes 2 weeks and i am in the birthcontrol called the ring they say when you take the mourning after pill and dont start for 2 weeks to get a pregancy test done but my other birthcontrol (the ring) that im on i have to keep that on for 3 weeks and then take out and wait for a week till you start your period now yesterday was about 3 weeks i took it off the ring that im on is it maybe messin up my time to start my period while im on the mourning after pill or is it maybe cause im just late cause i still had the the ring on please help me sorry if i confused anyone but i really need the answer?
