I broke my window ? how can i replace it ?

i pretty much just pushed on the frame and the whole window basicly just fell out and smashed outside, this made my nieghbours very angry, i dont mind really that it is not there, i would just just board it up but my neighbours are a bunch of rotten squids and insist a replace it, ( i live in an apartment), so yeah, how can i fix it without spending any money at all basicly ?
