What do these numbers mean on a prescription?

It's probably -.75 and -1.75, which is really next to nothing. It just means you're a bit nearsighted. Mine is -4.5 in both eyes if it makes you feel any better. And sure, it is common for the two eyes to be different. And yes, you may get progressively worse over the years, it's just kinda what happens.
