Infant falling off couch?? :(?

Me and my 1 month old daughter were watching cartoons this morning on the couch & i fell asleep with her in my arms. Im actually really agaisnt this but I guess I couldn't fight my sleep any longer. I had her cradle in my right arm when I woke up & she slipped right out of my arms & fell on the floor. Ive been crying ever sense. Ive heard of this happening to other mothers & told myself it would never happen to me. I feel like such a bad parent. She wailed for a little bit & nothing seems to be hurting her, Should I bring her to the emergency room?? she's just drank her bottle & sleeping now. Please please help!
