Ugh! I binged! Will I gain weight?
It is unfortunate that your weight and body understanding difficulties are continuing. Your choices indicate a craving for sweets, saltiness, plus starches. This type of food should not be in the house, plus, you need not be around it. Ask your mother to purchase healthy alternatives such as vegetables and fruit. Learn to live on those. Your visceral brain overcomes your rational brain when cravings start. Then, apparently, you go whole hog and spend inordinate amount of time on a treadmill. Nothing sounds right. Relapses to occur. Before this happens, go back to your therapist and seek help. Eating is necessary, but it is not the sole be all and end all. It is merely an activity not a distress call. That this type of food was consumed, that you became alarmed, that you feel guilty, that you over trained, all indicate an ongoing problem. This is not my specialty, so go back to the original facility and therapist.
