Why do they call it a FUN or TOY party?

This chick I work with invited me to this Fun and Toy party. I have a couple of nephews that are getting ready to Bar Mitzvah. I figgered Win-Win. I did not have fun, nor was there anything remotely appropriate for 12 year old Jewish boys.
