Am I having a very very mild seizure?

For some reason when i hear certain sounds, something in my head starts pulsing wildly and it feels as if my head is clouded with static. I have to swallow to get rid of the static feeling, but if the sound is still going on, it just fills up with static again. This has been happening for sbout almost 3 years now. It used to be just voices. But lately, music has been doing it to. Once it was the piano. It is getting more frequent. And my head is beginning to get extra sensitive. I want to go to the hospital, but my parents keep putting it off. what do you think this is? have you ever heard of it before?
