Ground beef recipes?

I'm making dinner tonight with ground beef and I'm looking for a simple good recipe. I don't have too many ingredients on hand. No meat, burgers or meatloaf. Something perhaps with potatoes or pasta. We had rice last night ;) Thanks in advance!
