Cold-hearted people responding to China's Earthquake?

I totaly agree with you. The goverment says they are only allowed to have one child and so many people lost their one and only child because the earthquakes tore down schools not to mention all the children that did survive that lost a parent or sadly both. I feel so bad for everyone there and they aren't getting the help that's being sent to them the news showed surviors picking up handfuls of rice off the ground because they stood in long lines to be told there was no help when there was where it went is the questions not to the people tht needed it. The whole thing is very sad.
