Looking for advice on child care and work.?

My husband wants me to continue to work 8 hour day shifts and continue with our daughter in daycare. She is 3. Money is really tight and good daycare is costly. I'm really tired of her being sick every 3 weeks and being up during the night then having to go to work the next day provided she can go to DC. I ume most of the child care responsilities and do more than what I feel is my fair share around the too expensive house that he had to have. I can change shifts to 12 hours, and work 3 days every weekend and only have to pay for daycare one day a week. My hours would go from 64 to 72 a pay. Right now I work every other weekend with days during the week, but He says we will never get to do things as a family if I do weekends only. He goes snowmobiling every weekend that I'm off during the winter months. I'm wanting to go for the 12 hour shifts, but feel selfish, yet am getting VERY resentful. With the cost of day care we really don't do anything as a family anyway...help!!!
