How to reprogram remotes on a durango without going to the dealer?

if you have one working one you don't need to go to a dealer or have a scan tool,the instructions are in the owners manual for doing it your self with a working remote,without it,you cant do it,7 grand is a little much for tool to use for that,most small shops now have this tool though and they will usually do it for around 100 bucks,and that's for two remotes,good luck.
