Every policy or law proposed by the fed. govt. is backed by force, so isnt it correct that the only moral....?

You have to pay taxes. You have no say in how the tax dollars are distributed. You simply are not skilled enough to do so. that is why we have a government. They are paid to support the will of the people. If you have a problem with that, there is plenty you can do about it besides pout and whine about 'your tax dollars'. You just refuse to go about it the correct way. Get elected, get some influence, get a campaign going. You seem to only want one thing: to stop paying taxes. And to that I say, sell drugs.
