Aqua-Tech filter for painted turtle?

definately. i have 5 to 10 gallon filters on all of my turtle tanks and you can actually go a little lower on the filter IF you are not live feeding (goldfish, etc) if this is not the case and you are going the live route, you'll definately need a stronger filter especially if you are feeding gold fish.
